Eat to the Beat is one of Toronto’s top food events and is celebrating their 20th anniversary this year. The annual event benefits Willow Breast & Hereditary Support, a not-for-profit organization that offers free peer support to anyone coping with breast cancer. 60 top female chefs will be gathering at Roy Thompson hall on October 27th to prepare delectable bites for guest to enjoy along with wine, bring and a wide selection of non-alcoholic beverages.
There will be plenty of good eats and all food and beverages are included in the ticket price.
Participating chefs include Wanda Beaver (Wanda’s Pie in the Sky); Renée Bellefeuille (Art Gallery of Ontario); Alexandra Feswick (The Drake Hotel); Bonnie Gordon (Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionary Arts); Jacqueline Lo (Ruelo Patisserie); Angela Panigas (The Sultan’s Tent & Café Moroc); Dufflet Rosenberg (Dufflet Pastries); Donna Dooher (Mildred’s Temple Kitchen); Nuit Regular (Pai Northern Thai Cuisine); Bronwen Clark (Rodney’s Oyster House); Mali Fernadez (Xola) and so many more.
This year’s event will be celebrating a big milestone and I can’t wait to sample all 60 stations. Tickets are $175 and can be purchased online at http://www.eattothebeat.ca/.
